We use your data to operate the Platform, process transactions (including Karma top-ups and Pro subscriptions), display your public builder profile, and communicate regarding support or platform updates.
3. Referral Tracking
To power our Referral Program, we use secure, 30-day cookies to track which user referred you. This data is used exclusively to reward Karma to the referring party and is not sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
4. Payment Processing
We use Dodo Payments for handling all financial transactions. We do not store your credit card or sensitive billing details on our servers. Your billing data is handled securely by our payment processor.
5. Data Retention & Public Profile
Information you add to your public profile (bio, projects, teams, social links) is visible to anyone. If you choose to delete your account, we will remove your private data from our active databases, though some public contributions may remain as "Anonymous" to preserve platform history.
6. Security
We utilize Supabase for secure database management and authentication. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
